HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Go to the Shop section on our website. You can either skim through all of the listed products or can specifically choose from the categories like insulated bottles, sports bottles, kids bottles, lunchboxes, accessories, etc. Select your product type, color, and size. Move it to the cart. Confirm your selection. Fill in billing details like name, address, country, phone number, PIN, etc. Check the final billing amount and choose your payment method. Hit Place Order!

HOW TO APPLY A COUPON CODE?

Scroll down to the bottommost line of the Billing Page where you enter ordering details like name, address, payment mode, etc. You will see an option “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code.” Enter the code you have for any discounts or offers. Alternatively, we also pre-apply the code first15 for first users or other running coupons on our website automatically. However, you should check the same before checking out.

CAN I ADD DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS?

The Pexpo team is willing to execute each delivery up to the expectations of the buyers. So, if you have any special instructions, let us know. You can convey such info to us while checking out. Scroll down to the Billing Page where you enter ordering details like name, address, payment mode, etc. You will see an option “Order notes (optional)” for this convenience. Our team will keep such instructions in mind keenly.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you have entered the shipping address wrongly or if you wish to change it, you can contact our Customer Care team. You can call us at 1800-120-6004 or WhatsApp the edited details at 8607250725. Write to us at admin@pexpo.in for the edited address. Please note that any kind of change in the shipping address or telephone number can only be done within 24 hours of placing the order. The shipping fee of INR 100 will be deducted for any changes after 24 hours of placing the order.

CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER?

You can cancel the placed order within 24 hours of placing the order without any questions asked. However, post 24 hours, if you still wish to proceed with the cancellation or if we have already started processing, packing, or dispatching your order, a fee of INR 100 will be deducted to execute your cancelation request.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We work dedicatedly to expedite each order so that you can enjoy the product ordered as soon as possible. Kindly wait for a maximum duration of 7 business days to receive your order in the best condition.

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Pexpo strives to keep each buyer informed about the status of their order. Track your order easily within a few clicks here. Just enter the Order ID or AWB (Airway Bill) shared with you at your email address and phone number after confirmation of the order. Enter your registered mobile number and submit the same to get the tracking info.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE FOR EACH ORDER?

It is our absolute delight to offer you a free shipping advantage on all orders that are above the total value of 499 INR. This facility is available throughout India. However, if your order value is below 499 INR, the shipping fee amounts to 100 INR only.

IN WHICH REGION DO YOU SHIP?

As of now, we are accepting orders and executing deliveries throughout India. Thus, you can order Pexpo bottles, lunchboxes, and accessories in any region in India seamlessly.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We take every measure and caution to deliver only the best quality product to fulfill your expectations keenly. We do not facilitate return and exchange policies. However, you can reach us out for repair needs. Read our Repair Policy for further details.

I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM. WHAT TO DO?

Each package is shipped after taking due consideration; we personally check the packed order to be in sync with your order receipt. However, for any discrepancies, convey the same at Customer Care or call us at 1800-120-6004. Ping us at 8607250725 via a phone call or WhatsApp message. Write to us at admin@pexpo.in. Share the video of unboxing the parcel received. We shall be quick to respond and replace the wrong or damaged product.

WHERE SHOULD I MAIL MY PRODUCT FOR REPAIRS?

You might want to ship the product to avail of our repairing warranty facility or get replaced the wrong item received. Kindly ship the same at our official address Khewat No. 486, Khatoni 586, Rect 97, Killa no. 10-1 & 20, Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana- 131028, India. Please note that we do not have any other address for the same purpose; beware of the bogus addresses.

THE PRODUCT I WISH TO BUY IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT TO DO?

Usually, we never keep our buyers waiting to place an order. We have a huge manufacturing capacity to avoid running out of stock. WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE MODES OF PAYMENT? IS COD AVAILABLE?

Pexpo strives to offer utmost convenience to each buyer and even payment can be done as you please. We have included Paytm which is the best e-payment gateway provider in India currently. You can also proceed with the payment with other prominent cash-free options like Card, Net Banking, E-Wallet, etc. And, yes, we also accept COD or cash on delivery for you.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY FOR ALL PRODUCTS?

We provide a repair warranty of thirty days for single-walled bottles and lunchboxes. The warranty period extends up to one year for double-walled products.
