Replacement Policy

At Pexpo, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you have received a product that is defective or damaged, we offer a replacement policy as outlined below.

Eligibility for Replacement

A product is eligible for replacement under the following conditions:

o   The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described.

o   The issue must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery.

o   The product must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging along with the invoice/bill.

o   The product must be within warranty.

Non-eligible Cases for Replacement

We do not offer replacement in the following scenarios:

o   Damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage by the customer.

o   Products with physical damage not notified within 24 hours.

o   General wear and tear, fading of prints, or scratches after regular usage.

o   Customized or personalized products unless found defective.

How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request:

o   Email us at support.crm@pexpo.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.

o   Attach photos or videos clearly showing the damage or defect.

o   Mention your order number, product name, and reason for replacement.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, a replacement will be initiated at no extra cost.

Replacement Process

o   Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup of the damaged/defective product.

o   Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch a replacement unit.

o   If the product is out of stock, we may offer a credit note or full refund as per your preference.

Important Notes

o   Replacements are subject to stock availability.

o   The final decision on replacement rests with Pexpo after a thorough inspection of the returned product.
